A vehicle door panel, which can prevent a slide-openable door panel from deviating from a swing-openable door panel when the swing-openable door panel is opened, is provided. The vehicle door structureincludes a slide door panel, a swing door panel, a slide mechanismand a hinge mechanism, and includes a lock mechanismfor locking the slide door panelto the swing door panelwhen the swing door panelis opened. The lock mechanismis configured by a locking portioninstalled in the swing door paneland protruding toward the slide door panelwhen the swing door panelis opened, and an opening portioninstalled in the slide door paneland locked by the locking portionwhen the swing door panelis opened.
