Abstract
Generally, a dry-wet grain fractionation system which provides a dry mill process () for the production of grain fractions () () () and a wet mill process () for the production of purified bran (), endosperm () and germ () from the mixture of grain particles in a grain fraction () () or () or combinations thereof. Specifically, a dry-wet grain fractionation system for production of corn germ () having increased protein and oil content and an endosperm () having increased starch and sugar content.
