Abstract

A positional deviation detection unit () includes a detection portion () that detects a relative positional relationship between a laser element (), a condensing lens (), and a light emitting portion (), and a determination portion () that compares a detection result from the detection portion () with a reference relative positional relationship which is used as a reference for the relative positional relationship, so as to determine whether or not there is a deviation of the relative positional relationship between the laser element (), the condensing lens (), and the light emitting portion () when the detection portion () performs the detection, from the reference relative positional relationship.
