Abstract

A reconstruction system and method for fixation of bone to bone, or soft tissue to bone. The reconstruction system comprises two fixation devices (for example, two buttons) joined by a continuous loop of flexible material. The flexible material may be a suture such as a FIBERWIRE® suture.
