A condensed polycyclic compound is represented by the following Formula [1]: wherein in Formula [1], Rto Reach represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted amino group, an aryl group that may optionally have a substituent group, or a heterocyclic group that may optionally have a substituent group, provided that at least one of R, R, Rand Ris an aryl group that may optionally have a substituent group, or a heterocyclic group that may optionally have a substituent group.
