Abstract

The inhalation therapy device comprises an aerosol generator () and a mixing chamber (). The introduction of ambient air is achieved by means of supply channels () under the control of an inspiration valve (), including an aerosol passage (), a region with inspiration air through openings () and a valve element (). The aerosol passage () surrounds the membrane () of the aerosol generator (), whereby a front face edge of the tubular aerosol passage () lies along a sealing line () on a surface of the aerosol generator ().
