Abstract
In one embodiment, a composition for use in making active materials for a lithium ion battery, the composition comprising a processed, homogenous mix of graphene-treated reactant, conductive material, and a Li and phosphate-based salt, the composition comprising a surface area of less than approximately 10 m/g.
