Abstract

Provided are a floating brake disk assembling method and a floating brake disk, and a floating brake disk assembling device, wherein a washer or a spring member can be accurately attached to a coupling pin. In the floating disk brake assembling method, a coupling pinfor coupling a brake disk () to a hub disk (), which has a cylindrical body portion () to be mounted in a coupling hole (), a first jaw portion () formed in one end portion of the body portion (), and a portion to be swaged (A) continuous to the other end portion of the body portion (), is used; and the portion to be swaged (A) is swaged so that a second jaw portion () having a diameter larger than that of the body portion () can be formed. The second jaw portion is formed by swaging the portion to be swaged (A) while the coupling pin () is mounted in the coupling hole (), and the spring member () and the washer () are attached to the outside of the coupling pin (), to compress and deform the spring member () via the washer ().
