Abstract
An injection molding machinethat molds an LED illumination housing includes a fixing moldthat is formed in a U-shaped cross section, a moving moldthat is fitted to the fixing mold, a driving mechanismthat brings the moving moldinto contact with the fixing moldand separates the moving moldfrom the fixing mold, and a material supply mechanismthat injects resin of a molten state into a cavityconfigured when the fixing moldand the moving moldare fitted to each other. Furthermore, a plurality of concave and convex portionsis provided on a bottom surfaceof the fixing moldso as to diffuse light transmitted through the LED illumination housing by forming a lens cut portion of a polyhedron shape on an outer surface of the LED illumination housing.
