Abstract

Disclosed is a method for screening a substance inhibiting inflammatory skin aging, comprising: treating an immune cell with an inflammatory stimulant; treating a skin cell with a candidate substance; treating the skin cell treated with the candidate substance, with the immune cell treated with the inflammatory stimulant; and measuring the concentration of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) in the skin cell treated with the immune cell.
