Abstract
The present invention relates to bicyclic[]imidazo pyrimidone compounds that inhibit Lp-PLAactivity, processes for their preparation, to compositions containing them and to their use in the treatment of diseases associated with the activity of Lp-PLA, for example atherosclerosis, Alzheimer's disease. In one aspect, this invention relates to compounds of Formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein different R groups are defined in the patent application.
