Abstract
A method of manufacturing an elongated composite structure having two separate longitudinal composite structure sections, where said method comprises the following steps: providing a rigid mold parthaving a first forming surfacewith a contour defining an outer surface of the elongated composite structure, arranging a first fiber lay-upin a first longitudinal sectionof the first mold part, arranging a first flexible foilover a first crosswise edge areaof the first fiber lay-up, arranging a second fiber lay-upin a second longitudinal sectionof the mold partso as to overlap the crosswise edge areaof the first lay-upand thereby the first flexible foilin an overlap areaforming an interface between the fiber lay-ups, providing polymer to the fiber lay-upsand allowing the polymer to cure.
