Abstract

An implant support comprises a first member including a first portion and a second portion configured to engage a bone fastener. The second portion extends in a transverse orientation from the first portion. The members define a longitudinal axis. The second member includes a first portion and a second portion configured to engage the bone fastener. The second portion of the second member extends in a transverse orientation from the first portion. At least one of the members is movable relative to the longitudinal axis between a first configuration and a second configuration such that the longitudinal axis is offset relative to an axis of the bone fastener. Systems and methods are disclosed.
