A wrist-band clasp including two cooperation elements () intended to be connected with two respective ends of two separate parts of a wrist-band, this clasp including a first device for precise adjustment of the length of the wrist-band, characterized in that the clasp further includes a second device for elastic adjustment of the length of the wrist-band.
