Abstract
The invention relates to a rotor () of a turbomachine, in particular of an exhaust gas turbocharger, with a rotor wheel () which has a wheel back (), and with a rotor shaft () which has an intermediate piece (), via which the rotor shaft () is connected rigidly to the rotor wheel (), the intermediate piece () being provided with a disk-shaped balancing plate (A), the outside diameter (DA) of which is larger than the largest diameter (DC) of the rotor shaft () and which is fixed to the wheel back () of the rotor wheel ().
