Abstract
A device incorporating a data communication functionhaving a power supply circuitof a dispersed power supply system is provided with a terminal-for receiving power supply from another devicewhich initiates data communication and a drive circuit-for performing the data communication with the another device, wherein when the terminal-is supplied with power, the power supplied to the terminal-is supplied to the drive circuit-in an off state of the power supply circuit. It thereby reduces self-power-loss and ensures reliability of performance.
