Abstract
The invention relates to a device for identifying an animal, comprising a male part and a female part which are intended to be joined together, said female part comprising a head () for holding a tip of said male part, and a rigid shell () containing electronic identification means (). According to the invention, a resin () is placed inside a housing defined in said shell so as to cover said electronic means () and to secure said head () to said shell ().
