Abstract
A cutting apparatus is provided with a first blade (), a second blade () intersecting with the first blade (), and a switching unit (). The switching unit () switches between a first mode and a second mode. In the first mode, the first blade () positions in a cutting position in which it is possible to cut a work-piece () and the second blade () positions in a non-cutting position in which it is impossible to cut the work-piece ().
