Abstract

An LED light source device capable of making the amount of light of an emitting region a predetermined amount of light or more and uniformizing the amount of light is provided. The LED light source deviceincludes an ultraviolet LED arrayincluding an LED juxtaposition region R in which LEDsthat emit ultraviolet light toward the front are juxtaposed, and a light transmitting memberprovided on the front side of the LED juxtaposition region R of the ultraviolet LED arrayso as to be opposed thereto, showing a rectangular parallelepiped outer shape, and formed of a material containing quartz. At a front surfaceof the LED, an emitting surface S surrounded by a marginal portionof a predetermined width H and for emitting the ultraviolet light is provided. Here, when viewed from the front, an end of the light transmitting memberis located between inside by ½ of the predetermined width H and outside by ½ of the predetermined width H with respect to an end of the LED juxtaposition region R of the ultraviolet LED array
