Abstract
The pulley device for a belt or chain tensioning idler or runner roller comprises a pulley (), a roller bearing (), a spacer () for the mounting of the rolling bearing () and being capable of pressing against an element external to the device, a fastening screw () immobilized axially relative to the spacer (), and at least one retaining ring () which is elastic radially and which is mounted inside a groove () made on the fastening screw (), a portion of the ring () protruding radially into a recess () of the spacer ().
