Apparatus and methods for reducing unwanted conducted noise generated by a DC load. Loadis powered by a voltage source. A current sensesenses pulse current Iflowing through the load. First converting meansconverts the sensed pulse current Ito a correction voltage V. The correction voltage Vis then converted to a correction current I, which offsets the deleterious effects of I. The current Iflowing through the voltage sourceequals Iplus the correction current I.
