Abstract
A solar cell module includes: two solar cells that has a photoelectric conversion partwhich has first and second main faces, a first electrodethat is provided on the first main face and that is made of conductive paste, and a second electrode that is provided on any one of the first and second main faces and that has a polarity opposite to that of the first electrode; a wiring memberfor electrically connecting the first electrodeof one solar cell of the two solar cells to the second electrode of the other solar cell; and a connection layerthat is provided between the first electrodeand the wiring memberand that is made of resinincluding a plurality of conductive particles. The first electrodeis electrically connected to the wiring memberby the conductive particles. A surface of the first electrodehaving a contact with the connection layerhas a concavo-convex shape.
