A positive active material composition for a rechargeable lithium battery that includes a positive active composite material including a compound being reversibly capable of intercalating and deintercalating lithium, WO, and a binder; and an aqueous binder, a positive electrode for a rechargeable lithium battery including the positive active material composition, and a rechargeable lithium battery comprising the positive electrode including the positive active material composition.
