Abstract
An organic EL device () includes: a substrate (); a plurality of lower electrodes () formed on the substrate () and corresponding to luminescence regions, respectively; a dividing wall () formed so as to surround the luminescence regions; light-emitting layers () formed on the lower electrodes () in the luminescence regions, respectively; and an upper electrode () formed on the dividing wall () and the light-emitting layers ().
