Abstract

The invention relates to an oligodextran, chosen from dextrans whose average degree of polymerization is less than 10, modified by at least one substituent of general formula I:—R-[[AA]-[R]]  formula IIt also relates to a pharmaceutical composition characterized in that it comprises an oligosaccharide according to the invention and an active ingredient is chosen from the group consisting of proteins, glycoproteins, peptides and non-peptide therapeutic molecules.
