Abstract
Provided is a gas sensor that needs no temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of a heater for preventing dew condensation. The gas sensor comprises a hydrogen sensorincluding: an element housinghaving a detection chamberto which hydrogen is introduced; a detection elementarranged in the detection chamberand detecting hydrogen; a heaterfor heating the detection chamberby heat generation via passing an electric current through the heater, a resistance value of the heaterbeing changed corresponding to a temperature of the detection chamber; and a microcomputerand a heater operation circuitfor controlling the heater. Herein, the microcomputercontrols a temperature of the detection chamberby adjusting the electric current passing through the heaterbased on the resistance value of the heater
