An illumination deviceis provided which includes a light emitting portion; an LEDdisposed within said light emitting portion; a threaded connector moduleadapted to rotatingly engage said illumination device to a source of electricity; a heat sinkdisposed between said light emitting portion and said connector module; and a synthetic jet ejectordisposed between said light emitting portion and said connector module.
