Abstract
A communication terminal () is provided with: an obtaining device () for presenting the host name of the another end terminal () to an address resolution server (), thereby obtaining a second address bundle () indicating a network route from a global network (), to which the address resolution server belongs, to the another end terminal; a recognizing device () for recognizing a positional relation on the network between the communication terminal and the another end terminal, on the basis of the second address bundle and a first address bundle () indicating a network route from the global network, to which the address resolution server belongs, to the communication terminal; and a determining device () for determining a host address which is used for the communication with the another end terminal from among the second address bundle, on the basis of the recognized positional relation.
