Abstract

A transfer layer includes a transparent substrate. A buffer layer is formed on the transparent substrate that comprises PbO, GaN, PbTiO, LaSrCoO(LSCO), or LaPbCoO(LPCO) so that separation between the buffer layer and the transparent substrate occurs at substantially high temperatures.
