Abstract

A seat heater () that is provided on a seat () including a seat cushion () and a seat back () includes a first heating element (U) provided in an upper section (Lu) of a backrest (L) in the seat back () and a second heating element (L) provided in a lower section (Ll) of the backrest (L) in the seat back (). In addition, a heat generation density of the first heating element (U) is lower than a heat generation density of the second heating element (L).
