Abstract
The present invention is directed to an amorphous form of cabazitaxel, which can be prepared by dissolving a solid form of cabazitaxel in an organic solvent, and removing the organic solvent to dryness. The amorphous form of cabazitaxel is characterized by DSC as in FIG.and/or X-ray powder diffraction pattern as in FIG.
