Abstract
The present invention relates generally to vaccine strains of. In particular, the present invention relates to isolated live vaccine strains oflacking one or more virulence factors. The present invention also relates to methods of identifying and preparing vaccine strains, as well as vaccine compositions against diarrhoeal diseases and methods and kits for diagnosing same.
