Abstract
The present invention is directed to an inkjet recording apparatuscapable of performing recording continuously on both surfaces of a web, including a plurality of recording heads Hto Hdisposed on a substrate, driersandfor drying the webrecorded by the recording heads Hto H, and guide rollers Ato A, Bto B, and Gto Gfor guiding the web, in which a traveling path of the webis switchable so that the webpasses between any selected adjacent ones of the recording heads Hto H, the recording head upstream of the position where the web passes performs recording on one surfaceof the web, and the recording head downstream of the position where the webpasses performs recording on the other surfaceof the web, and an inkjet recording method using the same.
