Devices and methods for supporting an accessory () in a gas turbine engine () are disclosed. The accessory () may have an interface () for coupling to a shaft () of the gas turbine engine (). The device may comprise a first support () configured to support a first portion () of the accessory () proximal the interface () and a second support () configured to support a second portion () of the accessory () distal from the interface (). The second support () may be configured to provide a lower resistance to relative displacement between the accessory () and structure () of the engine () than does the first support ().
