Abstract
Provided is a cleaner that can easily and efficiently remove organic dirt accumulated on a flat plate surface such as a display-input member (touch panel member) in a portable device. The cleaner () provided by the present invention is a pressure-sensitive adhesive plate surface cleaner () that comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive body () having a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive and is used so as to allow the pressure-sensitive adhesive body () to contact a flat plate surface () of a plate such as a portable device () having a flat surface in order to remove organic dirt accumulated on the plate surface ().
