Abstract
Provided is a display device including: a display region in which a plurality of pixels each including a light emitting element are arranged; a power supply unit provided outside the display region; a plurality of power supply lines connected to the power supply unit, for supplying power to the elements; and a light emission control unit () for determining a reference voltage applied to each of the plurality of pixels to display an image, based on information associated with the image and adjusting currents supplied from the plurality of power supply lines, in which the light emission control unit includes: a correction voltage setting unit () for discretely setting predetermined steps of correction voltages based on the information; and a reference voltage determining unit () for selecting one of the correction voltages set by the correction voltage setting unit, based on the information, to determine the reference voltage.
