Abstract

A plurality of first conductor patterns () are insular electrode patterns located at a first layer. The first conductor patterns () are arranged in a repetitive pattern and are separated from each other. A second conductor pattern () is located at a second layer parallel to the first layer, and extends in a sheet shape in a region opposite the plurality of first conductor patterns (). An opening () is provided in each of the plurality of first conductor patterns (). Third conductor patterns () are located at the first layer and disposed in each of a plurality of openings (). The third conductor patterns () are separated from the first conductor patterns (). Connection conductors () connect the third conductor patterns () to the first conductor patterns ().
