Abstract

A fluorescent lamp includes a phosphor composition comprising: YO:Eu(YEO); at least one of LaPO:Ce, Tb(LAP), MgAlO:Ce, Tb(CAT) or GdMgBO:Ce, Tb(CBT); a special BAMn phosphor, (Ba,Sr,Ca)(MgMn)AlO:Eu, with a specific amount of Mn (x) as disclosed herein, and optionally halophosphor, with the proviso that there is no BaMgAlO:Eu(BAM).
