Abstract

The present invention provides an electrolyte solution including: a solvent composed primarily of a BF-cyclic ether complex; and a supporting electrolyte. For example, preferred is an electrolyte solution in which the cyclic ether is one or two or more selected from optionally substituted tetrahydrofuran and optionally substituted tetrahydropyran.
