Abstract
A fixing apparatus of the invention includes a pressure rollerand a fixing rollerthat make press-contact with each other and an oil rollerthat makes press-contact with either the pressure rolleror the fixing roller, and passes a recording sheet through a nip area between the pressure rollerand the fixing rollerto fix toner on the recording sheet.
