Abstract
Electronic apparatus that can suppress the operating voltage of an incorporated semiconductor integrated circuit to a low voltage is provided. Electronic apparatusincludes a power supply circuit, a semiconductor integrated circuitthat operates by a supply voltage supplied from the power supply circuit, and a temperature sensorthat measures the temperature of the semiconductor integrated circuit. The power supply circuitdecreases the supply voltage according to a rise in the measured temperature.
