Disclosed are 2,3-dihydroimiazo[1,2-c]pyrimidin-5(IH)-one compounds that inhibit Lp-PLA,processes for their preparation, compositions containing them and their use in the treatment of diseases associated with the activity of Lp-PLA, for example atherosclerosis, Alzheimer's disease.
