Provided are a single-stranded nucleic acid aptamer specifically binding toand a method for detectingusing the same. The method, kits or sensors of the present disclosure enableto be specifically detected among microorganisms existing in a water system, but also be applied in fields such as food sanitation or medical diagnosis.
