A paste composition for a solar cell electrode includes including an organic vehicle, a conductive powder, and a glass frit, the glass frit including TeO, and a transition metal oxide component, the transitional metal oxide component including one or more of a transition metal oxide having a melting point of about 1300° C. or more.
