Abstract

The present invention relates to method of controlling the growth of weeds, in particular barnyard grass, giant foxtail, large crabgrass, fall, goosegrass and/or woolly cupgrass, using a herbicidal composition comprising trinexapac-ethyl and at least one HPPD inhibiting herbicide. It also relates to the use of this composition, particularly on turfgrass.
