Abstract
A method for making appropriate for trimming a glass comprising a hydrophobic and/or oil-repellent surface coating is provided, as well as the glass itself, in which the surface of the glass is coated with a temporary protective layer imparting to the glass a surface energy at least equal to 15 mJ/m.
