Abstract
A door opening and closing device can change a damping force of a damper when an arm rotates by opening and closing of a door. On a caseof the door opening and closing device, the armis mounted which rotates by opening and closing of the door. Inside the case, friction generating unitis provided. The friction generating unithas a sliderwhich moves linearly relative to the caseby opening and closing of the doorand a fixed partwhich is fixed to the caseto slide the slider. The friction generating unitgenerates friction between the sliderand the fixed part.
