Abstract
A detonator system () which has a plurality of segments (), each segment having a respective plurality of detonators (), and a synchronizer (), which may be a compound arrangement or a single device, which prevents the transmission of voltage modulated signals to the detonators () in one segment (A) if current modulated segments are being transmitted from the detonators () in another segment (B).
