Abstract

The present invention refers to aminoheteroaryl compounds of the following formula (I) as well as the preparation method and use thereof, wherein Rand Rare defined in the Description in details. The aminoheteroaryl compounds of the present invention are inhibitors of hepatocyte growth factor receptor (c-Met), have favorable inhibitory effect against c-Met and inhibitory effect against the proliferation of cancer cells, such that they may be used as therapeutic agents for the treatment of tumors and related diseases.
