Abstract
A clipincludes a locking portionand an operation portion. The locking portionof the clipis inserted into the clip insertion holeexposed while the protrusionof the panelis fitted into a protrusion insertion holeof a panel attaching portion. An upper surfaceof a locking main body portionof the clippresses an inner surface of the clip insertion holeto bend the protrusion. A rear side inclined surfaceof a hook portionof the clippresses a front side horizontal edgeon a ceiling surface of the clip insertion hole, and both connecting portionsof the clippress vertical edgesof an inner wall surface of the clip insertion hole. The clip can easily and reliably fix a vibration generating member.
